Product Introduction

The NTS 3 series tilt sensor is a compact digital output MEMS tilt sensor from Ruiguan Technology. This product features a built-in dual-channel gravity tilt unit that measures static gravitational acceleration and converts it into tilt angle changes, thereby determining the sensor's output roll and pitch angles relative to the horizontal plane. Users can choose RS 232, RS 485, or TTL level interfaces as the output method according to their needs. The product incorporates an MCU control system to perform secondary correction of the sensor output linearity, compensating for the accuracy loss caused by insufficient correction in analog sensors .

This product employs a non-contact measurement principle, providing real-time output of the current attitude tilt angle. It is easy to operate and eliminates the need to relocate two opposing surfaces for installation. This sensor is primarily suitable for angle measurement in static and slowly changing dynamic scenarios and possesses excellent resistance to external electromagnetic interference. It can operate stably for a long time in harsh industrial environments.
